Welcome to the sales skills assessment. This assessment is designed to help us identify strengths and opportunities within your sales team, processes, and strategies.
The Sales Skills Assessment will cover four areas of expertise: Strategy, People Management, Process Management, and Technology Management. Upon completion, you will be sent a sales maturity assessment with a score calculated by your results. Please answer every question honestly to ensure we can develop a tailored report with actionable tactics to enhance your sales effectiveness. The assessment will take approximately 45 minutes - 1 hour to complete.
